First, the purpose

Prevent and control the epidemic and spread of new coronavirus infectious pneumonia, and guide all departments to do related work.

2. Basis of preparation

Refer to the Decree of the Liaoning Province New Coronavirus Infection Pneumonia Prevention and Control Command Headquarters (No. 5).

3. Scope of application

This plan is applicable to the prevention and control of the new coronavirus infection pneumonia epidemic in Liaoning Wanxingda Special Enameled Wire Group Co., Ltd.

4. Infection and control information collection and transmission measures

1. Before the company resumes work, all the staff of the epidemic situation investigation team will arrange the heads of each department to conduct an epidemic situation inspection on all staff, have detailed information on the health status of each employee and family member and travel information during the Spring Festival holiday, and comprehensively investigate whether they have contacted other provinces and key epidemic areas to Liaoning Personnel, etc. For employees who return to Liaoning from other provinces and have contact with the diagnosed and suspected infected persons, strict isolation and observation measures shall be implemented, and they may return to their posts only after they are confirmed to be healthy.

　　 2. The temperature measurement team continuously records the daily business contact between employees, employees and outsiders, and reports any abnormal situation in time.

　　 3. Strictly implement the employee entry and exit registration system. All employees are required to measure their body temperature before entering the factory. Those with abnormal body temperature or who do not wear masks are prohibited from entering;

　　 4. Implement a reporting system for employees who come into contact with people after leaving the factory during the protection period, and insist on daily reports;

　　 5. Daily statistics report the actual consumption of protective consumables and supplementary demand information, make inventory records, and ensure timely procurement in place;

　　 6. Make registration records for the use of common items, records of employees' regular temperature tests, and records of cleaning and disinfection of various areas.

　　 V. Emergency measures for infections

　　 1. Express the person in charge of the emergency in each region and the contact information to ensure that the employee has fever and fever, and notify the region person in charge and the medical rescue team as soon as possible;

　　 2. Clarify the route from each area to the quarantine area for suspected employees;

　　3. The epidemic investigation team timely retrieves the behavior trajectory of suspected employees, contacts the information records of people, objects, and areas, defines the risk range, isolates frequent contacts of people and objects, and takes measures according to the degree of risk, or re-sterilizes;

　　 4. When the suspected employee is confirmed as an infected patient by the medical institution, the head of the epidemic situation investigation team and the department will provide the epidemic prevention institution with the employee’s contact with the people who leave the enterprise for the first time;

　　 5. When the infected person outside the enterprise has contact with the employee, through the record of the insurance department, the risk scope of the employee within the enterprise is delineated.

　　 VI. Safeguards for protective facilities and supplies

　　 1. Set up a target board for information on "prevention of epidemic situation" in an obvious place within the enterprise, and set up a WeChat work group to notify and update the information in a timely manner;

　　 2. Staff protective equipment and disinfection equipment, methods, preparations need to be confirmed by professionals or institutions, and the protective equipment procurement team can only purchase after confirming the qualification;

　　 3. Establish a channel for the procurement of protective disinfection supplies and maintain information communication with suppliers to ensure the timely and uninterrupted supply of required items;

　　 4. Set up an isolation room for sick employees, a disinfection area for storing dangerous goods, and prepare rescue tools such as stretchers;

　　 5. To ensure that the suspected infection emergency measures are sufficient for all procedures;

　　 6. Do a good job in the safe storage of flammable and volatile disinfectant preparations, and control the validity of other protective products.
