Therefore, in the production of electronic components, it is often necessary to solder the lead-out contacts of the enameled wire. Since current cannot pass through the insulation layer of the enameled wire, resistance welding cannot be performed, so direct welding of the enameled wire is a technical problem that has long plagued the electronics industry. This technology sets the appropriate three welding parameters by adding the ohmic contact at the extreme of the flat electrode to achieve the same pulse output to remove the paint and weld the enameled wire, and directly weld the enameled wire in a single-side welding mode Welding of the lead contacts of the enameled wire of components provides a new and indispensable welding technology.

Enameled wire spot welding machine method: enameled wire welding mainly includes enameled wire and circuit board gold plated plate welding, enameled wire and silver plated, tinned, nickel plated and other materials welding, enameled wire and copper alloy welding, etc. The original soldering methods mainly include dip soldering and manual soldering iron soldering. Solder soldering has the risk of large resistivity and easy to fall off. Now it is also useful for welding with AC spot welding machine and capacitor storage spot welding machine. Since the energy requirements of precision enameled wire welding are very high, a small or large energy will cause virtual welding. Especially when used with automatic spot welding machines, it requires higher energy and speed.

6 Applicable wire diameter of enameled wire:

This welding method is suitable for welding small enameled wire. If the enameled wire is too thick, it will cause too much loss to the welding head and has no practical economic significance. If the wire diameter is large, it can be peeled off without welding.
